We are currently rolling out a hotfix to address this. It is in deployment now. It may take an hour or two to hit every individual game server.
Hotfixes happen in the background so a client download or restart isn’t needed.
Will update once this is fully rolled out or if there are any snags.
Team is currently testing a fix right now with QA.
If you were online last night between 12am - 3am PDT and progressed through a Tree of Whispers reward, you will be in this state. Everyone else will not have this issue with Tree of Whisper rewards.

This is only affecting those that were logged in during specific times playing. Around a 12am - 3am PDT window.

Fixed an issue where the Azurewrath was not dropping for Rogues and Necromancers, but only for Barbarians when fighting the Echoes of Andariel and Duriel.

Missing Resplendent Sparks on Eternal Realm

First, we just want to thank everyone for jumping into Season 4 this week. It has been great to hear about the excitement of this seasons launch and everyone exploring the new big changes that came with Loot Reborn.
We have been tracking issues and just want to share a few updates with you regarding some things upcoming.
Missing Resplendent Sparks on Eternal Realm
Aspects are no longer in inventory and are part of the Codex. When you scrap a legendary it adds to the codex or upgrades that codex entry if the roll was higher. This means you don’t need to store legendary items any longer for their aspects, as grinding them up means you can use that aspect on your gear as much as you’d like.
The team is rolling out a hotfix this evening to put a stop gap on the issue for any new players that log into their accounts for Season 4 for the first time.
Separately, we are working on a fix to replenish missing sparks for users and will have more information on this in the coming days.
We apologize for the confusion and trouble with this. The team is actively working on this resolution ASAP.
